One system, three sides of the job

Your own team, your build partners and your client each get their own view of the same programme.

Your delivery team

Project managers, coordinators, site managers and finance run permits, quality, orders and invoicing from the same records.

Your build partners

Their own portal: daily reports and safety checks from a phone, their orders, snags to fix, and what they've earned. Never your margin.

Your client

A read-only portal with progress, walk-offs and snags, live from the work on the ground. Never a cost.

What it runs

Built with the people who use it, and changed every week as the work changed.

Permits and traffic management

Every street from forecast to handover on one board, with traffic management booked and costed from the same row.

Daily reports from site

Filled in on a phone, offline when the signal drops: metres, materials, delays, crew and photos, approved by the office.

Quality, snags and walk-offs

QA street by street, snags pushed to the build partner with a due date and photos, and the street moved on when the last one is fixed.

Orders and supplier payments

Purchase orders from a signed initiation form, variations with approval, and supplier invoices checked against what was certified.

Client invoices and forecast

Applications for payment built only from work that has passed, a billing forecast by week, and payments matched as they arrive.

Dashboard and weekly review

Built and passed against plan, forecast finish, quality and safety, and the weekly review with each build partner, with actions that carry over.

Stock and materials

What came in, what's in the yard, what each crew has used, and requests from site with a PDF for whoever collects them.

Safety and competence

Risk assessments before work starts, site observations, incidents, short site tests by QR code, and a training matrix against each role.

Fleet and plant

Vans, inspections, faults and due dates in one register, and plant hours against a utilisation target.

Your name on it, your way of working

Delivery Hub runs under your company's name and colours, with your customers, rate cards, build partners and process set up before anyone signs in.

  • Plot lists, work orders and drawings imported to start each project, checked against each other.
  • Two-factor sign-in, roles that each see only their own, and nightly offsite backups.
  • Every change tested before release, and a staging copy to try things first.
  • Your data stays yours: Excel and CSV exports throughout, and a full copy on request.

How it starts

  1. Demo. A walk through the demo Hub with sample data, at your pace, around the questions you have.
  2. Fit. We map your rates, customers, partners and process, and agree what changes for you.
  3. Set-up. Your first projects imported, your branding, and logins for your team and partners.
  4. Live. Training for each role, and we stay on hand while the first weeks run.

One monthly price, set by your number of users and what you need, with no upfront set-up cost. It covers set-up, hosting, backups, updates and support. Ask for your price.

Questions people ask

Can it fit how we already work?

That's the point of it. It was built inside a live programme and changed week by week with the people using it. The set-up maps your rates, stages and paperwork, and anything that genuinely differs for you is built in.

Will our build partners actually use it?

Their side is made for a phone on site: one tap to the daily report, risk assessment or near miss, and it keeps working when the signal drops. They also see their orders, snags and what they're owed, which is usually what wins them over.

Do we need our own IT people?

No. We host it, back it up every night, keep it updated and look after it. You just sign in.

Can we leave, and take our data?

Yes. Lists export to Excel and CSV throughout, and we'll hand over a full copy of your data on request.

Is it only for fibre?

It grew up on full-fibre builds, but streets, permits, crews, quality, orders and invoices are the same shape on most utility and civils programmes. Ask us about yours.
